Removing a booking

Prerequisites

You are the owner of the booking.

Proceed as follows

1. Click on the booking you want to remove.
   → The booking is opened as a context menu.

2. Click the Remove button.
   → The booking is removed. A notification email containing an ICS file is sent to the corresponding users. Use the ICS file to remove the booking from your calendar.

   Admins and managers have the authority to delete any bookings within their project scope.

   Booking creators can delete their own bookings. For users without deletion rights, the remove button is disabled with a tooltip providing an explanation.
