Notifications
In Notifications, you can manage the email alertings for different settings.
Proceed as follows
Click the Notifications tab.
→ The Notifications tab is displayed and shows the email alerting settings.
Prerequisites
To execute the following actions, you have to be assigned to the Admin role.
Configuring Read Ticket alerting
You can get notified via email if there are too many query requests that are queued or rejected and too little read tickets.
Proceed as follows
Enable/disable the Read Ticket alerting checkbox to configure whether you want to receive alerting emails or not.
Configuring booking change notifications
You can get notified via email if a calendar booking was changed or deleted.
Proceed as follows
Enable/disable the Booking change notifications checkbox to configure whether you want to receive emails upon a changed or deleted calendar booking or not.
