Footer Settings
In Footer Settings, you can configure and manage the links which are displayed in the footer.
As a customer, you are obligated to provide legal, company-specific pages, such as:
Imprint
Legal information
Data protection note
Proceed as follows
Click the Footer Settings tab.
→ The Footer Settings tab is displayed and shows the current links set for the footer.
Prerequisites
To execute the following actions, you have to be assigned to the Manager role.
Configuring the footer
Adding a link
Proceed as follows
Click the Add Link button.
→ The Add Link dialog is displayed.In the Label field, enter a label that will be displayed in the footer.
In the Type drop-down list, select a type.
Dashboard: Select a dashboard that was configured for Views or Overview in the Url drop-down list.
Link: Enter a URL to an external website in the Url field.
Click the Save button.
→ The link is immediately added to the footer.
Editing a link
Proceed as follows
Click the Edit button in the line of the link you want to edit.
→ The Update Links dialog is displayed.Make your changes.
Click the Save button to save your changes.
→ The link has been successfully updated in the footer.
Removing a link
Proceed as follows
Click the Remove button in the line of the link you want to remove.
→ The Confirmation dialog is displayed.Click the Confirm button to remove the link.
→ The link has been successfully removed from the footer.Remove all links you configured to return to the default settings.
Adjusting the footer note
You can customize the note that is displayed in the right-hand corner of the footer.
Proceed as follows
Enter a new footer note into the field.
Click the Save button.
→ The new footer note is displayed in the right-hand corner of the footer.
