You can create an exact copy of a device. All properties and information blocks are copied with the current values.

The history entries will not be copied.

Proceed as follows

  1. Open the device you want to copy.
  2. Click the Copy Device button.
    → The Copy Device dialog is displayed.
  3. Change the ID of the copied device.
  4. Optionally, change the Name of the copied device.
  5. Click the Create button.
    → The copy has been created as a new device and is displayed in the device list.
